SHIPPING

Items ordered Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 24 hours.  The exception will be made for major holidays.   In the event your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, a holiday, or during a company-wide vacation, your order will be shipped the very next business day.  

Out of Stock Items We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock" or remove the item from our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you ordered, or the item may have just become "out of stock" from a previous order. Should this happen, we will only ship and charge you for the items we do have in stock, and we will contact you via e-mail or telephone to discuss your order and offer "free shipping" on back-ordered items, if you choose to reorder when items are restocked.  Returns/Refunds We have 14 days Return Policy.  If 14 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  We do not pay for return shipping costs unless it was an error made by Chick Moguls.  Please contact us for instructions on making a return. Sale items and Custom Orders are exempt from being returned.
